DMCA Takedown and Counter-Claim Process Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove the disputed content as required by copyright law. To foster transparency, we may provide the details of the takedown, including the complainant’s contact information, to the party accused of infringement. If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-claim that includes: the identification of the removed content and its previous location, your contact information (name, address, phone number, email), a sworn declaration under penalty of perjury asserting that you believe the removal was an error, a statement consenting to legal proceedings, and your signature. If the counter-claim is valid, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant takes legal action.
